Instead of a cop with a whistle in a chaotic intersection (a pretty good analogy since the drug lords paying him on the side with substantial bribes is like the unConstitutional coup providing the bells and whistles to the President); the real economy would be like a highway that is well maintained by private funding which connects travelers with major commercial areas and all of the peaceful places in between where people go about their business without the disease of a parasitic State!
