I just read the section in "Mises: The Last Knight of Liberalism" where in 1938 Mises left this very manuscript with a colleague. These were tumultuous times: his marriage, his harrowing escape from Switzerland, and his voyage to America.
Read this book ("Omnipotent Government") and you will see why the Nazis wanted to kill Mises. Read this book and you will see what the unConstitutional coup wants America to become.
